Bob's approach to training is simple: lift heavy, eat big, and never skip leg day (unless you're too sore from the last leg day, in which case, skip away!). He's also a firm believer in the power of a good pre-workout, and has been known to down entire cans of energy drinks before hitting the weights. But don't let his tough exterior fool you - Bob has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about his clients' success.
