For Vendors

1. 1- Representations and Warranties: The vendor represents and warrants that the products they are selling are their own, are of good quality, and are free from defects.
2. 2- Listing and Sale of Products: The vendor agrees to list their products on the platform in accordance with the platform's guidelines, and agrees to sell their products to customers through the platform.
3. 3- Payment and Settlements: The vendor agrees to accept payment through the platform's payment processing system, and agrees to receive payment from the platform in accordance with the platform's payment policies.
4. 4- Shipping and Delivery: The vendor agrees to ship the products to customers in a timely manner, and to follow the platform's shipping policies.
5. 5- Customer Service: The vendor agrees to provide customer service and support to customers in accordance with the platform's policies.
6. 6- Product Returns and Refunds: The vendor agrees to accept returns and process refunds in accordance with the platform's return and refund policy.
7. 7- Intellectual Property: The vendor agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of others, and agrees not to list or sell products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
8. 8- Confidentiality: The vendor agrees to keep confidential any confidential information they receive through the platform.
9. 9- Termination: The vendor agrees that the platform may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
10. 10- Governing Law: The vendor agrees that the agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is located(Kenya).

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
